Yeap!

I am now an official Malaysian Citizen Driver without the 'PROBATION' sign!
Ah, it's like another stage of my life has just passed by without me knowing!

The only social network that suffered my driving skills was Taylorians! hahahaa..

I think it was because i was one of the earliest that has access to 'P' license and drive to college with my little Kelissa. 'always-hungry-jing' and 'can-never-decide-where-to-eat-hua' would always wanna go somewhere out of SS 15 when we have long hours break! Especially before psychology where we could just either drop by my house or jing's house JUST TO SLEEP. =.= and never wakes up for class lol..

But that was all in the past, how i nudged someone for the sake of looking a cure for my poor friend, how my friend told me to accelerate when the traffic light is yellow causing Kelissa to bounced back from the divider, or how i didn't realise that a traffic light actually exist at the Subang Parade road (it wasn't there last time!) and i just went on even if the light was red and other drivers just willingly let me through ^^, how i've knocked countless stagnant cars during my time in taylors (poor ppl who park around me...well, i wasn't the only one heh.. )

I've all grown up now!
Really, i am a true malaysian driver (not in a bad way k),
i've learned from my mistake, and thus the govt has approved me and gave me a license! muahahaaha.....

oh, recent update about myself is that I was on TV! again!
no prize for guessing which channel!
hahahaa..

Topshop Jeans!

woo-hoo! class is starting tmr and i got myself a pair of jeans! from Topshop! ahh.. damn expensive lar.. but i guess it's worth it =)

Today my second brother and I decided to go get some stuffz from the mall, and we were bored of Curve and One Utama, so we went Mid Valley. Jeans + Mid Valley.. the first person i thought of was Hua...

So i decided to give Hua a call, see if she wanna join me and my bro for shopping! I took out my phone, unlock it.. and then... "wait.. hua is in Australia!!!" ... i totally forgotten =.=

ahhh.. then i realise, this sem, we won't be having anymore weekly taylors lunch.. less people to bump into in university.... less lunch and shopping kaki..... =(

I had no idea since when i started liking Mac, it's always been a nice product but i have never thought of getting it..mainly because it's very expensive..
it was only recently when i was too free this summer, i started surfing the net more often, and also youtube advertisements... and... and... probably with Jing and Chuck's influences.. my cravings for it grew..

it's a luxury item! i can't get it =(

and look! Australia is selling it RM159.40 cheaper compare to Malaysia!

I am not in time to search for an Australian bf to get one for me this Saturday =(

Happy New Year!

Hey you =)

My damn internet connection at home is failing on me, i hadn't been able to go online for days!! It's hard to stay at home without internet connection! But anyway, I've been helping out in my dad's firm since this monday, so not much time for me to stay home trying to figure out why my wireless ain't working.. So here i am, in my dad's firm, updating my blog hehee..

So, how did you celebrate your new year?? Have you gotten used to the idea that 2009 is here and everything that happened in 2008 is referred as 'last year' and not 'recently'? And especially for people who are of same age as me... we're two decades old this year!! We've just been promoted from 'old teenager' to 'young aldult'... damn..

I had a family house party in my place on New Year's eve, and since curve is nearby my house, me, my brother and a few of my cousins drove 2 cars at 11pm, hoping it will be less jam and that we would be able to make it on time for the fireworks. but it was really really jam! it has been 45 minutes and our cars haven even reach curve! it usually only takes maximum 10 minute to reach curve from my place =.= Plus i even heard some people parked at the underpass connecting to LDP as the parking lots are totally fulll! so in the end, we parked at the apartments nearby and walked to the curve. the momment we reach cineleisure entrance, the fireworks start exibiting themselves in the air!

'HAPPY NEW YEARRR!!'

everybody shouted. ahhaa.. not long after that, we heard some noise from One Utama, guess what, we lucky people get to view 2 sides of fireworks! both very beautiful and both seems to be competiting with each other! haha.. from my view, The Curve's fireworks exhibition seems much much nicer!

plus thanks to the Police who did not come out to work on new year eve to assist the massive crowd in traffic congestions but contributed to it by organizing road blocks, hoping to capture backseat passengers without seatbelts...

Luna Bar

So, since the beginning of second semester, Jacky and Chuck has been talking about going to Luna Bar because i think Chuck was telling Jacky bout how beautiful it is and Elaine was not very convinced because she thought Sky Bar was the best..

Finally, after so many weeks and months of procrastination, and it was only after our exams are finally done and over with, we finally made an outing to Luna Bar.. thanks to Chuck! =D

And the moment Elaine stepped in Luna Bar, she was totally convinced that is much better than Sky Bar already haha...

Well, my camera ran out of battery that night and there was something wrong with the charger, so the pictures are from Elaine's camera =) I haven't get any pics from Jacky yet ><

Chuck is the only one among us who have been there and knows the way there,
so he drove us there!

And on the way to Luna Bar, we saw a crowd and there was security guards all over surrounding some VIP, turn out that VIP was Kelly Chan and she actually walk past in front of Chuck's car! haha.. Elaine tried taking a picture of her but failed..

If I'm not mistaken, since it was quite long ago, it was a bit noisy outside and we can't really talk to each other, plus there was a rain before that so the cushions were pretty wet so we proceeded inside... the cosy area with pillows and peaceful environment with aircond =)

hehe, the girls took off the heels and jump on the sofa and hugged the pillows..
it was quite comfortable and there was a nice view of the city from
the place we were sitting..

Well, basically we didn't really talk much, because we were like Jakuns taking pictures everywhere non-stop! Chuck was embarassed by the constant flashings we were producing haha.. oh well, how often we get to go Luna Bar? and how often do we have such outings??

gaining some working experience

helloooooo!!

as some of you know, i have been trying to apply for jobs because i randomly felt the need to contribute to my family (since I'm the only one not working and having 4 months holiday staying along at home watching dramas non-stop).

So finally, i found a job! and it's nearby with quite good pay. Currently promoting honey products in
Giant Kota Damansara from 9am-9pm daily (visit me if ya free!)

I don't really like first day of work, because it always made me feel useless for not knowing anything at all. However it was not very tiring because most of the time was chatting with colleagues to gain more info bout the product, attending to customers, learning how to handle the cashier machine and so on. The only thing that made me feel tired was i have to stand for 11 hours. But the gentlemen at the store was nice enough to let me enter the store room to sit on the chair once a while =)

Today was my second day of work! And i felt a little more useful than before!
Because the grand opening of Giant will be tomorrow, thus everything must look nice during the ceremony! New shelves, stocks arrived and i had to start work at 7am! Horrible, haven't wake up that early since exams ended (only start sleeping at that time since exams ended lol).

Thus, i woke up damn early in the morning (it was hard cause i was watching Heroes thanks to Hua who finally sent me episode 8) and i did not have enough of sleep. I was a little late for work but the person-in-charge was even later so it didn't really matter. Today was all about cleaning the rack, categorizing the stocks, arranging the stocks into the rack making sure it's all neat and nice, and the worst thing, and the thing i hate the most... counting stock. Argh.. one thing about is, i always scared i count wrongly, so i was count the same stock twice... and there were several times when everybody was busy with their own work and there were customers, i had to attend them, and once i do that, i forgotten what was the last number, then i had to recount all over again. damn annoying. and it was EARLY IN THE MORNING. i can't believe there are actually people coming in to shop once the gate was open.. i mean, who wake up that early in the morning on a weekday and shop in a hypermarket?! (morning market okay lar..)

But i kinda feel the second day of work is better. coz at least i don't have to stand around and just wait for customers to walk in or try to attract customers to the store (coz i suck in that). At least, there is something to keep me busy so i felt more useful maybe? Yea, i like jobs that make me look busy and makes me keep thinking. I even have a take-home assignment, i have to prepare a Stock Card for them to use tmr.
They do make full use of me huh eventou I'm only working for 2 weeks -.-

But really, just 2 days of work (and 1 day off) was tiring enough). i have no idea why am i being so tired! And it was only 2 days of work, i actually thought, why on earth did i wanna work when i could enjoy my summer holidays?!
and like my dad say 'it's not like the family is waiting for you to feed, just stay home!' My dad is always against me trying to find work, whenever i say I'm looking for a job, he would want me to work in his office. I did, and really, nobody gave me job to do, even when i asked them, it was easy job which could be done easily, so i usually just sit around my dad's office playing with the computer haha.

But one thing i don't really like bout this job is...... those workers keep calling 'ah moiii... sangat canteek aahhh.. ah moii... sudah makaan taaaak?'
Maybe they're trying to be friendly, i don't know, but i just don't like ppl referring me as ah moi.. especially when they're having this naik miang-ish eyes.. it's horrible.. but i usually just ignore them and give them a forceful smile.. and it helped! That decreases alot of callings! hehee..

However i am thankful that the ppl I'm working with treat me quite nice.. they were willing to teach me loads of things and actually do respect me and sometimes even ask me for some opinions eventou I'm new, compared to the my previous experience, it was totally different, everything was all decided and all i have to do is follow blindly.. So, the job ain't that bad =) I am actually learning more bout honey, and my family do consume honey.. it's a great beneficial to health! come drop by and have a look at our products if you're free! =)

Anyways, have to get back to work.. and damn, i forgot i don't have Microsoft Office in this laptop T.T
